What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? ▼
Standard MOQ is 500 sqm per item for tiles and stair treads. For sintered stone products (basins, islands, coffee bars), the MOQ is 50 pieces per design. Smaller trial orders are negotiable for first-time buyers. We can mix multiple items in one container to help you reach the MOQ.
How do I request samples? ▼
Contact us with the product codes or series you are interested in. We dispatch samples via international express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) within 3 business days. Sample freight is at buyer's cost for the first order, and we credit the sample cost against your first bulk order.
What is your typical lead time? ▼
Stock items (popular series and colours): 7–14 days. Custom production (special sizes, colours, or finishes): 25–35 days. Container loading: 1–2 days. Shipping transit time depends on destination port (typically 15–35 days).
Can you customize products to my specifications? ▼
Yes. We support custom sizes (up to 1200×2400mm), custom colours (from reference sample or Pantone code), custom surface finishes, and custom thicknesses (6mm–20mm). Minimums for custom orders vary — contact us to discuss.
How are products packaged for export? ▼
Tiles packed in 5-ply export-grade cartons with foam corner protectors, secured on fumigated wooden pallets. Each carton labeled with product code, size, colour, batch number, and quantity. Custom packaging and private-label cartons available for OEM orders.
What shipping terms do you offer? ▼
We primarily ship FOB (Guangzhou Nansha or Shenzhen Yantian). CIF to your destination port is available on request. Container types: 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ. LCL consolidation available for smaller orders.
Do you provide export documentation? ▼
Yes — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (Form E/F/general CO), and product test reports. Destination-specific certificates (SASO, SONCAP, etc.) can be arranged at additional cost.
Can I visit your factory? ▼
Absolutely. Our factory is in Nanzhuang, Foshan — about 1 hour from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport (CAN). Schedule at least 3 days in advance. If travel isn't possible, we can arrange a live video tour of our production lines.
